PRESENTED BY: Jenny Marquez, Code Enforcement Officer II RECOMMENDATION: The City of Santa Rosa respectfully recommends that the Board of Building Regulations Appeals, upon reviewing this staff report and considering all relevant testimony and evidence presented during the Appeal Hearing, deny the appeal of tendered by Greenberg Property Investments LP and uphold staff’s issuance of the Notice and Order to Vacate.
A property owner at 2371 Corby Ave #15 is challenging the city's order to vacate the building due to code violations; the city's code enforcement staff is recommending the board deny the owner's appeal and enforce the vacate order.
