PRESENTED BY: Cassidy Anderson, Senior Code Enforcement Officer RECOMMENDATION: The City of Santa Rosa respectfully recommends that the Board of Building Regulations Appeals, upon reviewing this staff report and considering all relevant testimony and evidence presented during the Appeal Hearing, deny the appeal of tendered by Sally Steinhart and uphold staff’s issuance of a Notice and
