The board will approve an updated agreement with Gilardi and Jacobsen Ag Services for accepting and applying biosolids to land.
10.2Consent CalendarMOTION - FIRST AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN CITY OF SANTA ROSA AND THE COUNTY OF SONOMA SUPERVISED WORK CREW RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, approve this first amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Santa Rosa and the County of Sonoma to increase the total not-to-exceed amount by $192,275.00, resulting in a new contract amount of $290,814.00, and to extend the time of performance to December 31, 2027.
The board will approve an increase of $192,275 to the city's contract with Sonoma County for a supervised work crew program, extending the agreement through December 31, 2027.
10.3Consent CalendarMOTION - PG&E ELECTRIC VEHICLE FLEET PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by Santa Rosa Water that the Board of Public Utilities, by motion, approve the agreement for participation in the PG&E Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Program.
Santa Rosa Water will join PG&E's Electric Vehicle Fleet Program to transition its vehicle fleet to electric vehicles.
10.4Consent CalendarMOTION - FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HAZEN AND SAWYER FOR DESIGN AND HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT ASSISTANCE - LAGUNA TREATMENT
The board will approve an amendment to the contract with Hazen and Sawyer for design work and grant assistance related to the Laguna Treatment facility.
