The meeting will be called to order and attendance will be recorded.
2ProceduralREMOTE PARTICIPATION UNDER THE BROWN ACT (Gov. Code § 54953.8) This time is reserved for any Subcommittee Member to announce remote participation under the “Just Cause” provision of Government Code Section 54953.8.
Subcommittee members may announce if they are participating remotely due to a qualifying hardship under state law.
3ProceduralPUBLIC COMMENTS This is the time when any person may address matters not listed on this agenda, but which are within the subject matter of the jurisdiction of this subcommittee. The public may comment on agenda items when the item is called. Each speaker is allowed up to three minutes.

COMMUNICATIONS & INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS OFFICE FINANCIAL UPDATE Presenter: Misti Wood, Communications & Intergovernmental Relations Officer Purpose: The Communications & Intergovernmental Relations Office will present a performance review to the Committee, comparing the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget against actual results. The review will detail staffing allocations, costs for services and supplies, and revenues.
