6.2General BusinessGREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT Planning and Economic Development staff will provide a general overview of code modifications to address the recently adopted Greenhouse Gas Reduction Strategies. Staff will also provide an overview of the code amendment process and identify specific changes that will incentivize the reduction of fossil fuel usage. Feedback received during the presentation will inform future code adoptions. The committee may discuss and provide direction to staff.

6.3General Business2026 CLIMATE ACTION SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING SCHEDULE At the April 2, 2025 Climate Action Subcommittee Meeting, direction was provided to staff to prepare a quarterly meeting schedule for 2026. The subcommittee will review the proposed schedule for 2026 and may provide feedback or further direction to staff.
