3.1ProceduralCITY COUNCIL GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP The City Council will conduct a goal setting workshop, facilitated by Jacob Green and Associates, Inc. (JGA). The purpose of the workshop is to build alignment around the City Council’s vision for the upcoming fiscal year. During this first phase of the City’s Strategic Planning Project, the Council will develop goals and objectives to inform the City’s budget development process and provide a roadmap for organizational success.
