The Operational Team will also be provided an opportunity to provide an update to the Policy Team at this time.

4.1General BusinessCLIMATE UPDATE This is a time for Policy Team members to provide updates on relevant data including trends and hot spots, major incidents, success stories, challenges, and needs. Members will have an opportunity during this time to discuss potential ways in which they can provide support and collaborate with one another.
4.2General BusinessWORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY Partnership staff will report on the Global Homeboy Network Gathering and begin the discussion about development of a workforce development strategy.
