6.2New BusinessEV FLEET INFRASTRUCTURE MASTER PLAN UPDATE Staff will provide an update on the city-wide Fleet Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Master Plan, which is being undertaken to achieve compliance with recently adopted statewide regulations for municipal vehicle fleets, council goals, and other city policies. The subcommittee may discuss this item and provide feedback or direction to staff.

7.1General BusinessUPCOMING MEETINGS LIST - APRIL 2025 The Climate Action Subcommittee is currently scheduled to meet on the first Wednesday of every month. Staff, in consultation with the Climate Action Subcommittee Chair, recommends moving the regularly scheduled meeting to quarterly, with upcoming meetings scheduled for June 4, 2025 and November 5, 2025.
