4.1New Business2024 WATER AND WASTEWATER RATE STUDY Santa Rosa Water staff, in conjunction with Hildebrand Consulting, our rate consultant, will give an overview of the rate study process and present our proposed Water and Wastewater rate increases for fiscal years 2026-2030 and request a recommendation from the subcommittee for the Board of Public Utilities’ consideration.
