5.1New BusinessCITY OF SANTA ROSA COMMUNITY-WIDE GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) REDUCTION STRATEGY The City of Santa Rosa Community-wide Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Reduction Strategy establishes programs to achieve the State’s mandates of reducing GHG emissions by 40% below 1990 levels by 2030 and by 85% below 1990 levels by 2045. It also guides the City to reach carbon neutrality on this timeline. The Subcommittee may discuss this item and give direction to staff.
