8.1General BusinessDOWNTOWN STATION AREA HISOTRIC RESOURCES EVALUTION The Historic Resources Evaluation effort was funded by SB2 Planning Grant Funds awarded to the City of Santa Rosa (City) for projects that streamline housing approvals and accelerate housing production. The Historic Resources Evaluation focuses on areas within the boundary of the Downtown Station Area that are not within a designated preservation district or designated as a landmark. The project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.
