6.1New BusinessUPDATE ON ARTIFICIAL TURF RESTRICTIONS INVESTIGATION The Santa Rosa City Council’s Fiscal Year 2023-24 work plan includes the investigation of the feasibility of city-wide restrictions on artificial turf installations. Staff first presented background information at the October 4, 2023 Climate Action Subcommittee and received direction. Staff are returning to respond to the subcommittee’s questions and seeking further direction on this issue.
