3.1New BusinessPROGRESSIVE DESIGN-BUILD CONTRACT - LLANO TRUNK REHABILITATION PHASE 1, CONTRACT NO. C02403 The proposed progressive design build contract with SAK Construction, LLC of Rocklin, California will provide for the engineering services for the design of the Llano Trunk Rehabilitation Phase 1 (Project).
